“Stéphane was excellent. We wanted to see some sites outside of Paris in the afternoon after arriving in the morning from Toronto. He met us on time, we had emailed a number of times and his reponses were timely and helpful, which informed our plans. He took us a couple of additional sites along the way which was very thoughtful. Our final stop was a mall since we needed to do some grocery shopping, which to me indicated his interest in costumer serine.
